The ICOM ID-50E is a compact and powerful VHF/UHF dual-band handheld transceiver designed for amateur radio enthusiasts. With both D-STAR digital and FM analog modes, it offers reliable worldwide communication and a range of advanced features to enhance your operating experience.

Connect to the global D-STAR network and make QSOs with operators across cities and continents.

📡 DR (D-STAR Repeater) Function

Easily access local or distant repeaters using the intuitive “FROM” and “TO” settings. Combine with the built-in GPS to auto-select nearby repeaters and link to reflectors.

🖼️ Picture Sharing

Send and receive images over DV mode using optional ST-ID50A (Android) or ST-ID50W (Windows) software. View images on the ID-50E screen before transmitting.

🌐 Terminal & Access Point Modes

Connect to the internet via a Windows PC or Android device—even in areas without a local D-STAR repeater. Requires optional RS-MS3A/W software and a USB Type-C cable.

📊 Band Scope with Waterfall Display
